I know...I know...in the world of social networking like twitter, blogs just aren't cool anymore, right? Well every once and a while I want to share something that exceeds 144 characters, so I created SolamenteNiel, my blog. While I'm at it, I'm also going old school with a cheesy picture of myself on my blog. In this picture I'm pertending to be an IndyCar driver.

Photosynth of Raymond James Stadium

While at the Bucs game today I decided to snap a few photos of the stadium, and I used the photos to create a Photosynth.  My wife and I have Bucs season tickets, and this is the view from our seats.

 

Thank God for the Rays!!

If it weren't for the Rays, my television would hardly get used.  I have watched more baseball this year than I ever before.  Given that there's not much else on tv right now, the Rays and Top Gear (BBC) are about the only shows I watch these days.  Fortunately there's a lot of baseball games.  I just finished watching the Rays beat the Red Sox again.  Rays are in first place in baseball, and there 2 1/2 games ahead of Boston.

Bulls beat West Virginia

I wanted to post this last week, but I was on vacation.  This video is a compilation of the highlights of the Bulls and West Virginia game on ESPN.
Hey USF Bulls fans, here's a way for you to load the USF Bulls 2007 Football schedule into Microsoft Outlook. To download the file, named "USF2007.csv" just Right-Click Here and choose the "Save as" Option. After downloading the file, open Outlook and follow these directions for importing it into your calendar:

  1. Select the File / Import and Export... Menu option.
  2. Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
  3. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
  4. Find the desired CSV file (USF2007.csv) and select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next.
  5. Select Calendar and click Next.
  6. The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to 'Import "USF2007.csv" into folder: Calendar.
  7. Check that box and and click on 'Import "USF2007.csv" into folder: Calendar'
  8. Then Click Finish
